Great Advertising...
Today we went to Pat and Oscar's for a preschool field trip. This was such a fun day and it was all for free. I think they must do it because once you have had one of their bread sticks...your hooked! I also love their greek salad, mmm, yummy! Olive Garden has nothing on these guys :)
Paige, Maryn and Thys thought they were so silly when they pulled their hair nets down over their face.
This tool is ran over the dough to prevent those giant air bubbles that are void of toppings.
The gal who did the tour was brave letting these kids scoop their own sauce and spread it.
After they got ahold of the cheese crumbles, not shreds, the floor was a disaster.
We had been there about 45 minutes at this point. I could not believe how incredibly patient the manager was with these kids. She never rushed them and made sure they each had a turn.
In the oven they go and off we go for a tour of the kitchen. The kids loved the giant dishwasher that sprayed steam on their faces. They also loved the giant walk-in fridge.
She let each of them have a turn at the register pushing buttons on the screen. It was amazing how many options came up with each food item. If you wanted wings, there are five different sizes in several different sauces with different dips. Then you have the pizza screen...
Ahhh...pizza at last! Paul had the day off and asked me not to eat so we could go out and get something together. Fat chance! I can't resist fresh pizza and breadsticks. I took his some leftovers...
