Today Josh and I had one of those "belly laugh" moments that I wanted to record for us to remember. Paige was walking around the house with her baby, a stick wand and other paraphanalia. As she walked past Josh she gave a wave of her wand and said "Magic, Magic turn you into a stupid head!" She should have given her wand some sort of magic protection.
While walking outside she obediently shut the door just like her dad always tells her to do. She did not take into account the length of her wand. The slamming door did a wonderful job of chopping the wand perfectly in half. I was outside and Josh was inside, we both laughed simultaneously at her unfortunate luck. She however did not miss a beat. She opened the door and said "Hmmmph...now I have two magic wands!"
Optimism at its finest.
